Survey about pandemic



Students translated the common survey into the slovak language, printed it for 100 students of our school.

Notes about the common survey:

  • Please use the survey questions unchanged. Because, if possible, towards the end of the our works, we will obtain results by comparing countries and we will try to create a unique and good joint product.
  • Students can choose only one option for items 1-15. Students can choose more than one options for item 16.
  • Only item 20 voluntary but other items are mandatory. So every students should answer first 19 item.
  • Partners can edit options about the age and gender items.
