About Everyday Math project

When mathematics is associated with daily life situations, students' motivation and success towards the lesson increase. Based on this scientific fact, this project will introduce students to interesting daily life situations and enable students to practice mathematics in cooperation in international teams. Thanks to an activity to be prepared by a teacher from a different country every month, students will learn mathematics with fun and create various common products. The activities will focus on the applications of mathematics in different fields (statistics, arts, nature, technology design, ICT etc.) in accordance with the interdisciplinary learning approach.
